i have tried without success in tracing mygerman great grandmother wilhelmina becker born 1864 .all i know is that she is on the census as a 19yr from curs haven germany as a servant in lewisham
she married in 1887 in reading and from her marriage cert i know her father is fritz becker.she is a catholic
i have written to different address in germany with no result of finding a birth cert
the only other thing i know is that her father was at an address in syke in 1920
i don't speak read or write german , is there any site that i can put a post on or any other offers of help would be welcome
