Check out this page on GENUKI to find what is available, and where, for Briton Ferry. You are looking for church records since she is born before civil registration.
You also need the marriage record to find her father's name.

The Mormons have filmed the original records of the Bishops transcripts held at the National Library of Wales for St Mary's Church Briton Ferry 1721-1867. I see that you are in Australia - you can order this film into your nearest Church of Jesus Christ Latter Day Saints Family History Centre. It will only cost about $5 to get the film, and they have free use of readers.

You can search the LDS records online and if you do you will see that the name Margaret Morgan is unfortunately very common, eg 193 records in Glamorgan for the period 1798 +/- 5 years. However, narrowing it down to say Cadoxton in Neath, there are these 6 possibilities that very conveniently mention the husband:
b.1796 married Howell
b.1797 married John
b.1800 married David
b.1801 married David
b.1801 married William
b.1801 married Samuel
Any good?

Er, ignore my last post. I wasn't paying attention sorry! If she married William Williams then none of the above is relevant even the listed William who is, rather confusingly, William Morgan.
I assume the marriage you refer to is 14 MAY 1831 at Cadoxton Juxta Neath, Glamorgan? That gives Margaret's dob as "about 1810" but I think that can be ignored as it looks like 1831-21=1810!
However, if the marriage is the correct one, and the dob from the censuses too, then Margaret was 33-ish when she married. That could well mean that it wasn't her first marriage, so you definitely need to check the parish records to see if she married as a spinster or widow. That probably hasn't helped much, sorry. Time for another coffee ...

Thank you all that have answered my request. The nearest LDS is over 80 k's away so I don't think that I will get there for a while
Thankyou again
