Harry Kershaw (1913-1985) and Caroline Terresia Jones (4 April 1914 - 8 Jan 2007). They married 15 June 1935 at St Paul's Church, Royton, Lancashire.
They at some point moved to Banbury, Oxfordshire where they had 4 children and later they moved to New Zealand.
Caroline's Parents: Humphrey Jones and Emma Jane Dearden. Married 1912. Lived at 54 North Street, Oldham, Lancashire around 1914 as Caroline was born at that house.
Caroline's siblings: her twin sister, Sarah Anne Jones (1914 - 1918?), John James Jones, Emma Jane Jones, May Jones
Harry's Parents: His mother was Annie Kershaw. Apparently Kershaw was her surname when she had Harry (whether that was her maiden name or name from a first husband, I don't know). Harry's mother then married a William R Walters and had two more children (Harry's half brother and sister) Alice Walters and William Walters. Possibly lived at 114 or 144 Shaw Road, Royton, Lancs.
I believe also that Harry's aunt on his step-father's side was an Edith Walters. She married an Ernest Cooper who was a soldier in the Boer War and WW1.
Look forward to receiving any more info if any of this looks familiar to someone else out there.
Cheers
