The weather!

Hello!

Could someone advise, I am wondering if there is a website or book/series of books etc...on the weather in East Surrey from about 1830-to 1950 or thereabouts.

Try this site (http://www.booty.org.uk/booty.weather/climate/wxevents.htm) which gives a year-by-year (and sometimes month-by-month) picture of the weather in England. It's not specifically about Surrey, but anything unusual in Surrey will probably get a mention. Googling for "historical weather records" brings up a number of other results which may or may not be helpful.
