The name "Tiscali!" in my earshot is like a red rag to a bull! A recitation of my experiences with them when I moved house a few months back, needs to be read by Victor Meldrew!

Reading this has made my day................ I was offline for a whole week, back on again for 3 days - off again for two.......and then off every evening at 6 o clock until now
As their service status line said all 'aspects were fully functional' I spent hours trying to find out what was wrong with my laptop/wireless router etc, only to have to ring their expensive technical support line to find out it was a fault their end.
I told them they needed to update their service line to accurately reflect the fact that they had problems.........and I guess the above just about sums it up...
We are in the process of changing our internet provider..

Good on you!
After the email fiasco early 2007 and their inability to connect broadband to my new home from 12th November 2007 - even after 55 days!|sad1| I signed up with a new ISP on 20th December 2007, and after just 5 days (over the Xmas period) I was connected!|woohoo|
I am still waiting (after 4 months) to get back the credit balance of my account.|rant|

Unbelievably it is quarter to seven and I am still online.
Will let you know how we get on. Hope you soon get your money back..with interest.
