Hi Alan, thanks for the kind offer
if you get a chance could you look at Crowan marriages for me.
13 Oct 1833 George BASTARD/Jennifer MOON
29 Apr 1837 William SCADDEN/Jennifer MOON
The first couple are mine but I'm trying to sort out which of 2 Jennifer Moons she is.
Fingers crossed that they don't just have the Parish clerk as a witness:D

:) Right,
In Oct 1833,they were both of that parish and the witness' were,
Richard Williams and John Goldsworthy.
In Apr 1837,the witness' were,
James Moon and Ursula Clemens.
The minister was John C Millett.
In both cases jenifer was spelt with one "N".
Just noticed i've written Samuel Bastard on my notes??Don't know why i wrote Samuel instead of George, that's not right is it?

Hi Alan,
thanks for that, it's appreciated.
You're right it is Samuel Bastard not George.
I'd been looking at another family just before I posted the message, one that was scattered with Georges.
