Hello, I am directing this toward Fleet, from one new member to another.
I am told that my Cousin Edward A Bradshaw, who was on the above craft around the Hook of Holland, was sunk and also received the DSM.
Sadly Dates, Names Pennants and all other details are unknown to me, hence why many hours of trawling web sites and records has availed me of nothing.
Is there just a chance that you may have a clue or any other kind soul for that matter

have you tried searching the London Gazette (http://www.londongazette.co.uk/home.aspx?geotype=London)for the award of the DSM?
In the search field, try something like 'Bradshaw dsm' and see how many hits you get.
If he has died, then his next of kin can apply for a copy of his service record, see information on the Veterans Agency (http://www.veterans-uk.info/service_records/royal_navy.html)
His service record will include postings.

Thanks for the tips, I realised too late that following the theme of a previous posting, I was not on the Naval Board.
Well, Smack my botty.

Hello Sailor, I didn't realise anyone was listening.;)
I have had a look as advised, thank you. No luck on the Gazette this time, but a new avenue for the future. Sadly. I am not a close enough relative to my man, to avail myself of the veterans option, ah well, onward and backwards.

Hi Trier,
Try www.pt-boats.net (http://www.pt-boats.net) , it lists British MGB, MTB and ML losses with dates and locations. At least it should narrow down your search.

Thanks Peter, on my way.

Great info on there thanks Pete, if I can squeeze a date or even a date window from family now, I am in with a chance.
Cheers
