Graham Inverness

Hi

I am trying to trace James Arthur Graham, the only info I have is that he was in the Camaron Highlanders in approx 1958 and was born in Inverness around 1934. I have tried everywhere, but just cannot get access to the scottish records anywhere. If anyone has any suggestions I would be really grateful. I have tried the MOD but you have to be next of kin to seem to access the files.
