Help with a name please - 1871 Census

I have found the family of Abraham MUSGRAVE in Kendal, Westmorland in 1871.

Could some one please help me to decipher his daughter Esther's married surname? Her daughter, Dora, is the last one on the page and that name is equally undecipherable (to me, at least).

The reference is: RG10; Piece: 5288; Folio: 74; Page: 45

I have also found them in the 1881 Census
Ref: RG11; Piece: 4284; Folio: 9; Page: 11
It still looks like a strange name and not one that I can connect with Esther in marriage records.

The surname is SIRED.

Dora H SIRED born Dec qtr 1868 Kendal vol 10b p 637, though this has been handwritten at the bottom of the typed listings so we are still talking deciphering handwriting.
