There is a place in Devon called Coleridge (sp?), I wonder if the enumerator misheard.

One of the sons was born in Calstock, on the Devon/Cornwall border but actually in Cornwall.

In 1871 James' birthplace looks like Conbrick.

It might be worth searching in the Tamar Valley area which was a mining area.

I did find this baptism

Gunnislake & Neighbourhood, Wesleyan Circuit
25-Mar 1863 William HEARD born 25 Feb 1863 Baptised at Gunnislake
Parents: James & Mary Ann
Abode: Gunnislake
Transcribed by Myra Cordrey

This marriage looks very likely, especially as they had a Buzza lodging with them

Marriages Sep 1862 Heard James/Buzza Mary Ann Tavistock 5b 670
