Is anyone researching the Casselton/Castleton/Caselton surname from Bexley/Wilmington area?

I am not researching this name myself, but have you seen the info on the Erith Museum site. Possibly you have but I thought I would mention it. Good luck. Kate
PS I recall seeing a few Caselton burials in St Paulinus burial register.Included Sarah found drowned in parish of Crayford, March 27 1875, age 17.

Hi Kate Thanks for the info. I will check out the Museum site as I was not aware of it. With the help of another researcher there was quite a few of our line baptised, married or buried at St. Paulinus it appears.

A man in Australia who emigrated there has put 7 generations of caseltons on his web site. May not be yours of course.
I used to live in Castleton Ave Barnehurst, as did some of his family, which is how i got into this.

probably John and yes we have connected our lines up way back. Thanks for website though! I'll check it out. We actually live in Castleton, Ontario but nothing to do with the family that I know of.
