I have just discovered this site when i was looking for information on my Father and Grandfather who were both in Storthes Hall Mental Asylum. I have been researching my family history for about 3 years and i am in the process of fictionalising my family history. I remember going there as a very young child and the photos posted on the site took me back 50 years! I hope to spend many happy hours here!

It doesn't seem like two years since we wrote those messages does it? Thanks to the search engine on here, it's saved us all a lot of typing too. :D

I'm really pleased now that I told you all the details ..... then to satisfy your possible curiousity ..... but today, it will help our new member. To whom, I would like to say, " I hope you don't get too upset, when you read the case notes".
