NERWICH Family and their Descendants

Hi There

In one of my many branches are the Nerwich's. Henry Nerwich married Jane Elizabeth Jacobs (father Henry Jacobs) in 1842. Henry moved to Dublin where they went on to have 7 children; Edward, Louis, Angelo, Lizzie, Terese, Louise/Louisa and Harriette. Most of the children went on to have 'interesting' marriages in London where the family moved to. Terese married Basil Althaus a Violin Professor and Teacher and one of the Children in turn I think married a Band Leader called Frank Biffo.

Louisa married Benjamin Lyons and I think may have left him with the children but one of the children Vyvyan Ashleigh Lyons was a Barrister who traveled to the Far East, wrote a book etc.

If anyone recognizes or knows of a link in their family of the Nerwich's or any other information I would love to hear from them. I have tried in various arenas but have only found one person with a very distant link by marriage.

I specially want to prove that one of the 'leaves' of the Nerwich's married Frank Biffo and whether he was the same Frank Biffo that was the band leader.

I had found this too, which makes me think the Frank Biffo quoted in the above could be the same Frank Biffo the Band Leader. What I have been desperately trying to do is find some personal information out about Frank Biffo the band leader, i.e. his wife, date of birth etc. so I can 100% tie it back to my family branch. I can find out what he played, who he played with, where and how many times but I can't seem to find anything on any web-site a personal biography
