Need help with 1928 birth & 1949 Marriage look up please

This birth is just outside of the Free BMD current range, so need help from someone with Ancestry access please.

Jean Mary Foster - believed to have been born about 1928, possibly in February of that year.

She married John Hackett Scott 18 June 1949. I believe they have always lived in Co. Durham, and that bride's address at time of marriage was 20 Dawson St., Crook, Durham.

Believe Reg. Dist should be Crook & Billy Row from 1837 - 1937

and after 1937 - Crook & Willington

Help appreciated so I can order cert. ASAP.

In March qtr 1928 there was a Jean M Foster registered, mother's maiden name ASKEW, Auckland vol 10a page 425.

10a is Durham, I think. If this is not the right mother then it would help, if having to search a bit either side, to know the mother's maiden name.

Marriage is June qtr 1949 Durham W vol 1a page 1700
She is down as Jean M Foster (spouse's surname Scott)
1a is definitely what it says on the printed GRO page, though I thought this was London!!
