Hello to everyone
I started getting interested in family history after meeting up with distant relatives of my wife, I hav'nt concentrated on any one branch
but as I retired in June I should get a bit further on in the Winter days.
It is a great feeling when you discover a relative from the distant past,
almost like meeting them.
We live on the coast near Chichester and have two children and two grandsons. I have yet to get juniors interested in family history, it seems to me it only kicks in when you think you might be part of it.

Everyone is so helpful here (as well as totally loopy...) and will certainly provide suggestions that may be completely from left field, which you would never have thought of yourself, but which prove to be brilliant and set you on the right track!
