I'm Englishcrusader. I'm a newb to this site. I've been researching my familes history for maybe a year. I'm searching for the Eatwell family. It's been somewhat difficult because it's an english name and i live in the US.

Have you been able to find where in the country your Eatwells lived? When did they emigrate?

If not, try the surname profiler to give yourself a start

It only shows where the name occurs most frequently, but it might help. It looks to be most common in Wiltshire and Berkshire.

Are you stuck anywhere in particular? Someone may be able to give you a nudge in the right direction.
