I'm attempting find the whereabouts of my relative and would like to know if he would be included in the Electoral Roll.
He worked as a steam roller driver, mainly in Derbyshire, in the 1920/30s and onwards.
I've been told that he was based in Belper and lived in a caravan during his working life.
Any advice/suggestions on where to access the Electoral Rolls for Belper would be very, very welcome.
