Hi folks,
Anyone out there know of a William John Mackay b1909 app. in Farr. known just as Williejohn.? He went on to have four sons and one daughter in Bettyhill. They moved to Chequers, Buckinghamshire in 1941. Aged approx 58 Willie John and family emigrated to the USA or Australia and he worked and managed a farm for a Mr O'Conner. His son Iain, stayed behind in England [Kent]. Willie John was born with a double thumb on his right hand. does any of this ring a bell with anyone.????:)
any information would be fantastic.
