George KINGSTON of Stockport married Ann NORTON, 23 Jan 1801 Stapenhill, Derbyshire (the bride's parish).
This couple appears to have left the Stapenhill / Burton on Trent area where Ann was born and bred, so may well have returned to Stockport.
Is there anybody who may be able to assist with 1841 (or, if either was still alive, 1851) census references & details, please? Ann was born c1773, so would have been c68 in 1841. (Her age would presumably be rounded to the nearest 5 years).
In addition, if anybody can assist with further information about this couple, I would be extremely grateful. Ann was a sister of my 3x gt-grandfather, and I have no knowledge of Ann & George after their marriage. (Ann came from a General Baptist background, in case anybody has access to any Baptist or other nonconformist records for Stockport).
Many thanks indeed for any help.
Kind regards
