My paternal grandfather signed the Temperance Society Pledge to never drink alcohol. Can I obtain a copy of it anywhere please?

I may be wrong but I think the wording varied according to the actual Temperance Society. The wording for the Band of Hope temperance pledge was 'I promise by Divine Assistance to abstain from all intoxicating liquors and to discountenance all the causes and practices of Intemperance'.
