There is a Charles D. Fry born Somerset abt 1786 age 55,
he is in Bath in 1841 with Robert aged 65. The occupation is F/maybe T and lots of others of all ages have this occupation.
Class: HO107; Piece 931; Book: 4; Civil Parish: Bathwick; County: Somerset; Enumeration District: 2; Folio: 35; Page: 12
There is another Charles Fry living in Frome, Somerset in 1841 and 1851.
I don't know if that is near Bath. I will get the references if you are interested.
Also 1841 in Walcot - Charles b. abt 1771 and Elisabeth b. abt 1776
He is a labourer though. Both born Somerset.

Sorry Sue,
Yes, Robert is Ind and Charles has nothing.
I just got carried away with all the F/T or F/J scribble. It looked like Fly and have just come from the silly snow thread and...... and..... well....

Hi All. I think I might check out the 1841/43 deaths for Charles as he definatley was a butcher. I found him in a trade directory a few years ago but I cant find it now. The marraige cert of his son Daniel in 1850 says Charles was a butcher ,Middle Lane. Dode*ede?
Thanks for your help. Cheers
