Charles Holmes North Hill

I am trying to find the baptism and marriage of Charles Holmes born about 1834 in North Hill Beds according to the 1871 census. Marriage could be before 1858, his eldest child on the 1871 census is 13, his wife Jane Richardson is from Over in Cambs and I can't find the marriage there either.
