I have been trying to gather information about Thomas Atkinson who was the son of John Atkinson and Pheby/Phoebe Carter. Thomas was christened (Blackburn) in 1824 on the same day as his sister Isabella. The 1841 Census introduced another sibling in Mathew. At the time of the Census John, Phoebe, Isabella and Mathew were living in Rochdale but there was no sign of Thomas. There was a suggestion that Thomas was back in Blackburn. Thomas migrated to Australia in C1854 where he was to marry and raise a family. He died in 1882. Have not been able to gain any further information on Isabella, Mathew or their parents. If anyone can assist it would be appreciated.
