Hi,
Looking for any information re: SPRANKLIN(g) family of Dorset. Charles Sprankling AM was chief boatman in the Coastguard receiving the Albert Medal in 1867 for 'saving life at sea'. He was married to Margaret McMullen and they had 5 children, Neal Charles, Thomas, Margaret, Canon James Hugh CBE (Douai Abbey), and Mary. Neal Charles left Britain in approx. 1855 arriving in Australia some time later. Death registered as Neil Charles Spranklin 14/3/1929.
All information greatly appreciated.
