help with birth (harvey)

hi i have search a lot of sites got lots of info but am having problems with a birth for a hannah ann harvey born about 1850 here parents names are james harvey and maria frost as stated on here marriage and death cert i think she was born in england somewhere any help down this road would be greatfull

FreeBMD has an entry for the birth of Hannah Ann Harvey in September qtr 1847 in Hertford registration district, Vol.6, page 460.
This is probably the same Hannah Harvey shown age 3 with parents James and Maria and several older siblings in Bengeo, Hertfordshire in the 1851 census.
