Looking for information on the above member of the Royal Army Service Corps.
Have two certificates presented to him,
one from the people of Wadhurst & Tidebrook.
the other of him crossing the Equator.

In order to try and help you, it may be beneficial if you write here what was on the certificate given to the above from the people of Wadhurst.

It may direct me in a certain direction in order to be able to fnd further details

The Certificate is pre-printed with the "name" entered in ink.The Chairman has also signed his name in ink. It has a gold border with the Wadhurst crest at the top.
The wording is:-

The parishes of WADHURST and TIDEBROOK, deeply
conscious of the great debt which they owe you
as a member of H.M. forces who served during the

Is anybody a member of the web family.
They are not accepting any more registrations at present
If so could they lookup the details of John Henry ATHEY 1906-1996.

Ancestry has a death of a John Henry ATHEY in 1996.
Uckfield District 34E/82
Age 90.
D.o.B. of 26th July 1906.
No record on FreeBMD..........
