Evening all, my husbands' family originate from Cornwall. On our holiday to Cornwall this year we went to Mevegissey to see if we could find anything relating to his family. We found a resting place in Mevegissey churchyard of his 3?x g grandad William Kent .The M I read W.K died in 1855 aged 82, also his wife who died in 1837 aged 74.Now my husbands question is, would this headstone have replaced an earlier one which would of had more details of his wife?( I think thats what he wants to know.)
