My husband's grandmother converted to Catholicism sometime after her husband's death (14 Mar 1928). As he was buried in the RC section of St Pancras Cemetery I'm assuming that she wished to be buried with him.
At about the same time as her conversion she had her children baptized as Catholics. My mother-in-law was very young & can't remember where she was baptized. As she attended St Joseph's School, Lamb's Passage, Islington I thought I'd start with the adjoining church. I sent a request to the priest with an sae. After not hearing anything for several weeks I also emailed, also with no response.
I'm in the NE and a trip to London isn't really feasible at the moment. Is there anywhere else I might be able to find the records, even if only to eliminate St Joseph's as the place of conversion/baptism.
