Before we all start looking, what have you got so far? I think I see some of them in the 1881 census. Do you have any census information already, or would this be useful?

Hi PatI have information on the 1881 census also the 1891 census when he was 12years a scholar living at 40 Porthgwarra nothing since then.

If he followed his father's footsteps it's possible that he was at sea when the 1901 census was taken.

Unfortunately it's one of the problems when researching fishing families. I have a couple of cases when the head of the family is at sea at census time on every occasion & then just when you think he should be retired & taking it easy at home you find that his wife is now a widow!
