to christine r, bopeep and ladkyis, thankyou so much for the cherry welcome i feel at ease already, and i will be careful of holes.
today i have been working on a brick path, to the future, in my shadehouse, but on this site i'm looking for the paths of my ancestors. to that end generally in census's the occupation given by residents don't appear to stack up with those declared on marriage certificates. the case in mind is my ggggf james phillips wheelwright witness to his sons mariage but there is no wheelwright in 1841----1861 census what say you learned friends cheers des.
