CORBY - Northamptonshire.
PERKINS - Northamptonshire.
MITCHELL - Northamptonshire.
MASON - Northamptonshire.
WARRING - Cornwall, Devon.
GLIDDON - Cornwall, Devon.
SANDERCOCK - Cornwall, Devon.
BARNETT - Wales (Carmarthen)

Good names because they're Cornish , or good for some other reason?!
Think they are mostly from North Cornwall - St Gennys, Crackington Haven, Marshgate, etc.

I have a James Mitchell in my tree, he married a Helena Chaimberlain, from Little hampton in Sussex, and they had a number of children, my grandmother Mollie among them. James was from the Northamptonshire area from what I remember.

I am a gliddon and from research I have found a large group in Devon. I am led to believe that Gliddon means 'From the Hill".
