Logged in here a couple of years back as InaG but due to changing my email address etc, can't log in anymore so have reregistered. I am looking into my family tree and managed to trace quite a few relatives, particularly on my dad's family. Mum's isn't so easy as she was born in Scotland to Irish parents. .. and as if that wasn't enough, she didn't tell us very much about herself.!!!
Haven't done much 'hunting' in the last few months but hope to start again in earnest once winter is upon us!

|wave|Welcome Nica,

I am so pleased that you have returned to the forum. I hope you will get lots of help to knock down some of those brick walls.

Thank you Annie and BoPeep
I am sure I will because I found the site extremely helpful last time. My big problem is all the other things I have to do!!!! Still, once the nights draw in and the weather stops play, that is when I can spend more time on the computer,

Hi I am a newbie to the site (be gentle with me). Been researching my family tree for a few months now...turned up some surprises one family member was hung a s a Luddite in 1813 |blush| And with the Nesbit clan of Glendale I have traced them back to 1766. Reaching the point where I am getting stuck!
