You have just given me details on my James's marriage which shows he was a widdower. - I think this will be his first marriage:

James MASSEY to Mary J PARKER - 1883 - Pendleton, St. Thomas.
Ref Salford C38/2/435.

Looks like Mary J died in 1888 - only 23 years old - SO sad !

Would be grateful for the marriage details when it is my turn next.
