Does anybody know what the main newspapers were for the Islington/Holloway area in 1915?

I am trying to track down a bit more detail about my grandfathers first marriage, which only lasted 8 months when his wife died (she seems to have been local to the area). I have the marriage cert and her death cert.
They were married at Emmanuel Church, Holloway, and lived in Islington for the short period of their marriage.

Its a bit of an odd one. Its the only occasion I have found so far that anyone in the family has lived in London. My dad only knew about vaguely as I presume it wasnt discussed (particularly by my grandmother!) after my grandfather remarried a couple of years later.

One guess is that we know that he had TB and had been, at least once, to the big sanatorium at Bournemouth. His wife died of TB, so maybe they met there and he married her knowing it was going to end soon. Sounds like a Mills and Boon job, but you never know

I'm not clear what you're hoping to find but...

yes, a bit vague.
Well hopefully might find a short wedding report saying if they were actually livng/working there, where they met, who was at the wedding, that sort of thing.

I've struck lucky before so you never know.
