Paget/Pagett/Padget family - South Shields area.

Would like any info on Thomas Paget, his wife Charlotte (nee Proudlock), or their family from the South Shields area - please?

Hi Adelaide - Thank you very much for the offer of help with the Proudlock connection. I have very little on Charlotte Proudlock. I believe she was born c1816 in South Shields (Northumberland). She married Thomas Pagett c1934 again in South Shields. She died 1873 in South Shields. Any info on her parents would be a great help. Thanks again!

South Shields is actually Co Durham!

In the SS 1851 name index there are two entries for Proudlock:
thomas age 22 piece HO 107/2399 folio 385
isabella age 16 piece HO 107/2399 folio 416

There are no PAGETTs, however there is one family of PUGETTs!
thomas 38 charlotte 36 adam 17 jane 15 timothy 8 john 6 margaret (?) 3 thomas 9 mths

The names I have are Joseph Pagett ,a seafarer,Born around 1810-1820 who married Eleanor around 1835.I would like her maiden name.
