On the Ellis Island Website I found William J Glover who sailed on the SS Cedric out of Liverpool and arrived in the USA 12 November 1923. What happened to him from then - where did he go? His age iwas 21 on arrival; Born; British-English; Marital Status (blank) - (my grandmother stayed in the UK and remarried).
I have reason to believe he is my long lost Grandfather. Is he on any US census? (I don't have Ancestry for the USA)

If he were to be there he would only be on one year and that is the 1930 census record but I do not see him listed there. I will keep trying to look for you.
