Researching an adoption certificate

I have an adoption certificate, the details of which are as follows:

Date of entry: 25th April 1933
Name of adopted child: K. Leslie
Sex: Male

Date of birth of child: April 1930
Date of adoption order and by which court: 20th April
I am not a birth relative of this individual...how can I find out more? Can anyone tell me if the first names of the adopted child might provide a link to the birth parents?

The basic rules are set out in the usual places eg http://www.familyrecords.gov.uk/topics/adoption_2.htm

note that "Unfortunately for family historians, this might mean that you will not be able to trace your genetic line, if you discover that a parent or grandparent was adopted." So, even less chance in your situation! :(
