I'm not too clear if that's a question and, if it is a question, what it means.

However I do actually have an Edward John TOMLIN born in Manchester in 1862, the parents being an Edward TOMLIN and Ann FOYE. If you see any connection with yours (unlikely I fear), I'll be extremely interested ;)
