Nicholas /Carr /Stradling families

Hello I am a new member .My maternal grandmother Rosina Sarah Nicholsa was born in 19,Pembroke St Devonport in 1877,her parents wereEdward Nicholas Seaman R.N and Rosian nee Stradling.She had a Brother Edward born 1883 and I have recently found that she also had an elder sister Alice born 1875,I don,t know who she married but in th 1901 census she was living 12,Pembroke St.St Aubyn Devonport and was Alice Carr ahe had 1 daughter Winifred.I would love to find more out about Alice,can anybody help? Jean

Found the following marriage on the free bmd:-

Alice Nicholas 1897 Dec 1/4, dist. Stoke Damerel Devon. A William Francis Carr is also listed with same details.

Blue Eyes,Thank you very much for the info. and your quick reply.Its very sad I have only just found out about Alice and I don,t think my mother ever mentioned her,she always said that there was only her mother Rosina and Uncle Edward. Thanks again Jean
