Eliza Frost, Derby, Derbyshire born 1857/58

My great grandmother was Eliza Frost, described on the 1881 census as aged 23 and born in Derby (then at Leicester and married to John Moore), and on the 1891 census as aged 33 and born in Derby, Derbyshire. I have no other information. Can anyone help with 1851/61/71 lookups?

Thanks Dolly for responding. The short answer is I don't know for sure.

In the 1891 census is a household in Leicester, head Thomas Frost (age 58 iron molder born Mansfield, Nottingham), wife Martha Frost (56, born Brampton Moor, Derby) some kids, and a Thomas Moore age 8, nephew, who I think was Eliza's child. If I'm right, Eliza's parents were Thomas Frost, 38 in 1871, and Martha Frost, 36 in 1871.

We get free access here through the Toronto Public Library to the 1871, 1891 and 1901 censuses (all with printable images of census pages), but 1871 is not complete and doesn't cover Leicester or Derby.

Some years back, Bill Gates gave 'free' computers to any library in Toronto if one sixth of the children living within a one mile radius of the library were living below the 'official' poverty level. Ninety two out of 93 Toronto libraries qualified. Although this beneficence got good media coverage, the qualification was only mentioned in one source. I don't think anyone was very proud of it.

But back to Eliza Frost! Any help you can give would be appreciated.
