James Marron born 25-10-1884, address 11.Stockton Street, Middlesbrough.
Informant; Mary Marron [mother] formerly Page, fathers occupation given
as Puddler, fathers name James also,James's birth registered 3-12-1884 in MBRO.
I think Mary. A. Page was born in c1856 in Liverpool, 1881 census living in Everton, Lancashire.
1901 name search shows young James as a 16yr old iron worker still in Middlesbrough,
probably same address ? ecc/parish St Hilda's.
James went on to marry Mary Agnes Trainor in 1906.

I cannot see an exact fit, right age, right mother, right place.
The nearest possible seems to be this one. The age is not always correct on a census and the parents name here is wrongly transcribed. If you would like me to look at this further I can.

What name does the Birth certificate give for James's father? That may help more and have you seen James on any census?
Jo :)

There is a marriage showing on Tees Valley for a Agnes Marron and a John Richardson, 1898.

Looking to 1881, I know you said you thought you had seen Mary in Lancashire. it seems like the family I have tried to follow were in Darlington.
Transcribed on Ancestry as Marrow. That would tie in with Hugh being born Darlington though.
RG11 4886 Folio 18 Page 29
33b Howard Street Darlington (I presume this means back)
James Mannon, head, 38, labourer iron Works, Ireland
Mary, wife, 34, Lancashire, Liverpool
Agnes, daur, 1 Yorkshire Middlesbrough
I haven't seen a marriage for them though. It may be that Marron has been transcribed wrong or it just hasn't been done yet?
