Help me find Thomas Stocker!

Can anyone help me find out the parents of one Thomas Stocker?
He was born 1767 in Devonport as indicated by the 1831 census.
He married Martha Husband 30 July 1790 in Lazant church, Cornwall.
I would like to find out either where to search for his birth/baptism record or if anyone is able to find out for me.
From this record I hope to find out who his parents were and if he had any siblings.

Help would be most gratefully recieved.
