Swain Family

I am currently researching the Swain Family Tree - three generations have worked for Cadbury in Bourneville. Does anyone know how I can access the employment records for my grandfather William George Swain (b 1909). I would also like to find information on his father, George Frederick Swain (b circa 1884), and his brother Ernest Swain (b circa 1885) who were both chocolate workers (source 1901 census)

Also I am trying to find out about George Swain (b circa 1856) who worked on the Midland Railway (1901 census).

It would of course be easier if they weren't all called George!

Does anyone have any suggestions. Thanks.
