Rosie the rabbitter used the word this morning, and no doubt patronising Patricia and all the other wafflers will pick it up and use it ad nauseam.

But we all know exactly what it really means, don't we?

Yes, PH used not only 'realignment' on the Today prog, but also, as noted by haggis, 'free at the point of delivery' more than once.

Last week it was "transformation" - before that, "rationalisation"
