Can anyone please tell me the best source for listings of apprenticeships in the book-binding trade between c1790 and c1870 in both London and the Provinces?

Apprenticeship indentures were mostly private arrangements, where they have survived they may be held by local record offices, these records may or may not be indexed. The SoG has a collection of indentures, but from hazy memory, they don't cover this late.
Up to 1811 apprenticeship returns were taxed (or at least some of them were) and these are held by TNA, see their research guide
