Katie,

It is on Ancestry - I have just accessed it. HO107/72/1, folio 19, page 32:

Newmarket Road, Bottisham

Hammant WILLSON 30 Tailor & Hatter Born in county yes
Mary do 30 no
Hammant do Junr 5 yes
William do 3 yes
Fredc do 6 mo yes

Hammond snr is mistranscribed as Hamment WILLIAM and jnr is mistranscribed as Hammont WILLIAM. I actually went and searched through Bottisham for the appropriate folio no and found them that way.

Thank you very much, I seem to spend half my time correcting ancestry regarding this family!

The folio and page number are recorded in two different ways.

You will either find them as, for example: folio 19 page 32

or in the form f19a, or f19b - where the letter 'a' or 'b' indicates whether you need to look at the verso or recto.

Most (all?) online sites use the folio and page reference, so if you have one with a letter as a suffix, you may have to knock this off and just search on the folio number - I hope that makes sense

Thanks I got the reference from a family history society website and didn't realise there was slight differences in the system.
