The page range for Vol 17, June Qtr 1845, is between 307-388 approx. The entry for Thomas Deakin looks like 343 on 1837 online, but someone else may be able to see it more clearly.

I'd say it's probably 343, though the first digit is very unclear. If in any doubt, I usually apply for a copy of the certificate via the Supt Registrar for the county including the detail that I do know - name, district (if possible narrowed down using he census) year and the quarter in which registered. All registrars that I've used so far have been extremely helpful
