Help Needed - Johnson Family

I am looking for details on my partners family. His grandmother is Joyce Johnson Born 28 Feb 1922, her father was Edward Johnson. Joyce was born in Exeter and then moved to Birkenhead where she married William Marsden. I would like to find a few more details for the Johnsons but have so far found nothing.
