Brettell Look-Up Please

Hello,

I am looking for William Brettell & his wife Ann nee Cox in 1851. They would have been in their sixties. I have the passenger list for one of their sons, Joseph, which states William & Ann living in Gloucestershire in 1849. Joseph's children were born at Nailsea ? & Bristol if that is of any help as to an area.

My fathers family is from Bristol. His father was Fred Brettell - is this of any assistance?

Sorry but to date I don't have any Fred's.

Children of William Brettel & Ann Cox are - Sarah b. 1798 - Mary Ann b. 1799 - Elizabeth b. 1801 - William b. 1803 - Eliza b. 1803 - Harriot b. 1804 - Joseph (my line ) b. 1812 - John b. 1814 - Maria b. 1817. All children born at Trysull, Staffordshire.

I only have information on Joseph, nothing at all on the siblings of Joseph.
