I would be really appreciative if any one can give me details of the BDM for :-

David Price born c1825 Glasbury (my gr gr grandfather), whose son was
David Price born c1849 Glasbury, Radnorshire (my gr grandfather).

I have the details of my gr grandfather's second marriage to Margaret Maria Wanklin from Gladestry, Radnorshire ( who were the parents of Lily Price - my paternal gradmother). Details of marriage cert - Marriage Ref 6a 777 Kington states that he was resident in Kenchester.
I have drawn a blank attempting to research any earlier details of this line of my family tree.
I believe that Glasbury came under Hay on Wye (Herefordshire) but at some time also partly came under Brecon. But later census details show that gr grandad was born in Glasbury Radnorshire.
Any help greatly appreciated.
Many thanks

Dear Annie
Many thanks for this info. I've been in contact with another family tree researcher who is descended from Margaret's grandparents so have got back through this line. Thanks also for trying with David Price(s). It is this side that I have drawn a blank on. I've been to the Family Record Centre and searched the 1841 census - 1871 census with no luck. Most frustrating!
Still I expect one day the puzzle will be solved.

Dear Annie
What do you mean by dropped in from space?

Jenny

They seem to have appeared from no-where ;)
born before civil registration started so that doesn't help.

Just means I have to dig a bit harder to find them
